These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of soulhaven.com, soulhaven.ai, mselizabethmunoz.com, and every page hosted on those domains (together, the "Sites"), operated by Soulhaven LLC ("Soulhaven," "we," "us"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
Our content belongs to us
All content on the Sites, including text, recordings, images, music, frameworks, and teachings, belongs to Soulhaven LLC or its licensors. Soulhaven®, The Radiant CEO™, Soulhaven Legacy Studio™, Radiance Reclamation OS™, Radiance Hacking™, and Sales With Soul™ are marks of Soulhaven LLC. You may view and share links to our content for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or create works from it without our written permission.

Its responses are generated by AI, may contain errors, and are not personal advice from Ms. Elizabeth Munoz. Using it does not create a client relationship. Its use is also subject to Delphi's own terms.
Using the Sites respectfully
Please do not misuse the Sites, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, scraping or harvesting content, attempting to extract proprietary information from the AI chat, or submitting unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
Text message (SMS) terms
Program: Soulhaven text messages. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms or applications, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Soulhaven about your inquiry, application, appointments, and updates or offers you requested.

The Sites link to and use services run by others, such as Delphi, Jotform, HighLevel, and social media platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
