Soulhaven LLC ("Soulhaven," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to soulhaven.com, soulhaven.ai, mselizabethmunoz.com, and every page hosted on those domains (together, the "Sites").

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business details, and the answers you submit through our forms, applications, and booking tools.
- Messages: what you send us by email, text message, or social media messaging, and what you type into the chat on our Sites.
- Usage information: basic device, browser, and page-visit information, and the campaign tags in the links you click (for example, which post or email brought you to us).
How we use it
- To respond to you and review your application or inquiry.
- To provide the services you request and communicate about them.
- To send emails or text messages you have agreed to receive.
- To understand what is useful on our Sites and improve them.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our business and our clients.
We do not sell your personal information.
The tools we use
We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they process information on our behalf, subject to the text message protections below: our customer relationship and website platform (HighLevel), which also sends our emails and text messages and hosts our forms; our application forms (Jotform); our social media messaging tools (ManyChat, for Instagram and Facebook); our email and file storage (Google Workspace); and payment processors when a payment is made. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
The AI chat on our Sites
"Ask Ms. Elizabeth Munoz" is a Delphi digital mind, an AI trained on Ms. Elizabeth Munoz's public work. It is not Ms. Elizabeth Munoz personally. Conversations are processed by Delphi (delphi.ai) under its own privacy policy, and we may review conversations to improve it and to follow up when you ask us to. Please do not share sensitive personal information, such as health, financial, or account details, in the chat.
Text messages (SMS)
Soulhaven sends text messages from our business number only to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts, for example by checking the consent box on one of our forms or applications, or by texting us first. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, application and appointment updates, reminders, and occasional updates or offers you asked to receive.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every message.
Cookies and analytics
Our Sites use cookies and similar technology to keep them working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended without them.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Visitors from the EU, UK, and similar regions may also have rights to object to or restrict processing and to data portability. We process information to respond to your requests, to perform services you ask for, with your consent, and for our legitimate business interests.
Children
Our Sites are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Sites means you accept the updated policy.
