1. Introduction

Welcome to Soulhaven LLC dba Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles, founded by Elizabeth Munoz. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Soulhaven LLC dba Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles offers holistic coaching, spiritual guidance, and workshops/retreats. Our coaching programs are designed to promote personal growth, spiritual enlightenment, and a balanced lifestyle. By enrolling in these services, clients agree to fully engage and commit to the coaching process, which is essential for success.

Clients are expected to actively participate in their growth journey. Results from coaching depend on individual engagement, and Soulhaven LLC dba Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles cannot guarantee specific outcomes as they are subjective and personal. Clients are encouraged to complete the entire program and implement the agreed-upon practices in their daily lives.

We do not offer refunds on coaching services unless there are extenuating circumstances that significantly hinder the ability to continue. Coaching can be postponed or rescheduled in such cases, with mutual agreement between the client and Soulhaven LLC dba Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles. All postponements must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
• In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, sessions may be postponed, but a refund will not be provided unless deemed necessary by Soulhaven management.

Full payment for services must be made prior to the commencement of the coaching program. Payment plans may be available upon request. Failure to complete payment may result in termination of services.

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. Soulhaven adheres to strict confidentiality guidelines, as outlined in the ICF Code of Ethics​. No personal information will be shared without the client’s consent unless required by law.

All materials provided by Soulhaven are the intellectual property of Elizabeth Munoz and Soulhaven. Clients are prohibited from redistributing, selling, or publishing any content provided during coaching sessions, workshops, or retreats.

Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from the use or misuse of our services. Clients engage in coaching at their own discretion and risk.

By signing up for any Soulhaven program or service, clients agree to the following:

• Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles and its representatives, including Elizabeth Munoz, are released from any liability for the outcomes of the coaching services, including any physical, mental, emotional, or financial impacts.
• Clients acknowledge that coaching is a personal journey and agree to take full responsibility for their progress and actions.
• Clients agree that Soulhaven makes no guarantees about the results of its services and is not responsible for any negative or unintended outcomes.

At Soulhaven LLC dba Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles, we believe that true transformation requires commitment and dedication. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for coaching services or programs. This policy ensures that clients remain committed to their personal growth journey. However, we understand that life can present unexpected challenges.

In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable life changes, coaching sessions may be delayed or rescheduled with mutual agreement. Refunds will not be provided, but credit can be applied to future coaching sessions or programs, as deemed appropriate.

If a client fully commits to the process, attends sessions, and implements the strategies discussed, but does not experience any growth or positive change, Soulhaven LLC dba Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles will provide additional support sessions at no extra charge, ensuring the client achieves the value expected.

By enrolling in any Soulhaven LLC dba Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles program, workshop, or retreat, clients acknowledge that participation involves risks, including emotional, mental, and physical challenges. Clients agree that they have been informed of the potential risks and choose to participate voluntarily.

Clients acknowledge that coaching, spiritual guidance, and personal development require self-accountability. They agree to take full responsibility for their own actions, decisions, and results during and after their participation in Soulhaven’s services.

By signing up for any Soulhaven LLC dba Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles service, clients release and discharge Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles, its affiliates, and representatives, including Elizabeth Munoz, from any claims or liabilities arising from:

• Physical, emotional, or mental injuries.
• Negative outcomes, perceived or actual, related to personal growth, professional development, or other areas of their life.
• Any other adverse effects resulting from the application of coaching techniques, strategies, or practices suggested during the program.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles, its representatives, and employees from any legal claims, costs, or liabilities that may arise from their participation in our programs and services.

Soulhaven does not guarantee specific results or outcomes, and clients agree to release Soulhaven LLC dba Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles from any liability associated with unmet expectations. Each individual’s success is dependent on their unique situation, commitment, and implementation of the coaching techniques discussed.
